DOCUMENTED SOLUTIONS is a locally-owned business serving Greeneville, Tennessee and the surrounding area since 2003. We strive to provide you with the best solutions to your computer problems at the lowest possible cost. Who We Are

Doug Temple has over 30 years experience with computers, including networking, system troubleshooting, and software programming. He has also developed and conducted numerous training programs for computer users. As a small business owner, Doug has extensive experience using the Microsoft Office Suite and developing tools to assist home and business users. Word produces the company letterhead and marketing brochure. Excel spreadsheets are used to monitor financial performance and provide budget analysis. Access databases are used to store client and personal information.

Doug began using Quicken to manage his personal finances after purchasing his first desktop computer in the mid 1980's. Soon after forming DOCUMENTED SOLUTIONS, he switched the business-related finances to QuickBooks.

Since moving to Greeneville in 2003, Doug has supported the local community as Treasurer of the Camp Creek Ruritan Club. He is currently the Secretary-Treasurer of the Sunnyside Volunteer Fire Department, and Vice President of the Greeneville Success Network, the local chapter of Business Network International.

DOCUMENTED SOLUTIONS was formed in 1994, following a 24 year career with Shell Oil Company. Doug has developed applications to monitor and control petrochemical plants and refineries, and designed artificial intelligence programs to assist operators in diagnosing and correcting plant upsets.
